What is the Process?
I support adults navigating life stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, race-based stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and cultural identity concerns. Through a blend of traditional talk therapy and mind-body practices such as mindfulness meditation, I help clients deepen their awareness of themselves and their relationships. Humor is often part of my process—it allows space to explore both the challenges and the softer, more tender parts of the human experience. My work is collaborative. Together, we curate personalized wellness plans designed around each client’s unique needs. I founded Thryve Wellness House to offer a space where clients can move beyond the limits of survival toward a life of freedom, joy, and thriving.
