You don’t have to carry it all on your own. Let us help carry it with you.
This is a community for Black folks and people of color to feel seen, supported, and connected. A place to gently move beyond survival, come home to yourself, and cultivate a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, and joyful.

At Thryve Wellness House, we help you move beyond simply surviving life’s challenges and toward a life where you can truly thryve.
We believe healing is not about fixing what is wrong with you—it’s about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, reconnecting with your strengths, and creating the space and support you need to feel more grounded and connected. Healing can also open the door to creativity, imagination, and possibility—helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that dream, play, create, and envision new ways of being.
A central part of our work is understanding the nervous system: learning to listen to the messages your body is sharing, honor what those messages are telling you, and develop ways to regulate and care for your nervous system. Through a mind-body approach, we explore the connection between what you experience emotionally, mentally, and physically, while recognizing how relationships, culture, and systems of oppression can shape our well-being.
Our work is strengths-based, empowering, and rooted in liberation. We create space to explore not only what you’re navigating, but also the wisdom, resilience, and resources you already carry. We believe your creativity and imagination are part of those resources. Together, we can make room for curiosity, possibility, and new ways of imagining what life can look and feel like beyond survival.
Healing happens both in and beyond the therapy room, so we collaborate with you to develop meaningful tools and practices that can support you between sessions and in your everyday life.
You don’t have to carry it all alone. We’ll carry it with you.
